Processing & Delivery Times
- Processing: 1–3 business days
- Transit: 3–4 business days (via DHL/FedEx/UPS)
- ⚠️ Customs inspections or courier delays may extend delivery slightly in rare cases.
Total delivery time = processing time + courier transit time. Estimates exclude weekends, public holidays, and customs inspections.
Shipping Methods
Orders ship with trusted international couriers. Tracking is provided once your order has been dispatched.
- Tracked delivery with DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
- Signature may be required upon delivery.
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes where a signature is required.
Shipping Costs
- UAE & GCC: Free shipping.
- International (excluding USA): Calculated at checkout based on destination and courier rates.
- USA (DDP): See “United States (DDP)” for fixed fees.
Duties & Taxes
- UAE: 5% VAT applied at checkout.
- EU: VAT/GST calculated at checkout (Shopify collects automatically where supported).
- Other countries: Local duties/taxes may apply—shown at checkout where available, or payable to the courier on delivery.
Some destinations charge duties/taxes at checkout (Shopify calculates automatically when supported). Others collect on delivery via the local courier or customs.
🇺🇸 United States (DDP — Delivered Duty Paid)
All USA orders are shipped DDP (duties & taxes prepaid). Free shipping is not available for USA orders.

Fees above include prepaid duties & taxes (DDP). No additional duties are due on delivery for USA orders.
Order Tracking
- Tracking details are sent after dispatch via email/WhatsApp.
- Track your shipment on the courier’s website using your tracking number.
Delivery Issues
- Address errors/changes: Contact us immediately before dispatch. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.
- Missed delivery: The courier will attempt re-delivery or hold the parcel at a collection point.
- Lost/Damaged parcels: Notify us within 48 hours of the last tracking update so we can open a courier investigation and assist with a replacement or refund as applicable.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to sanctioned countries or locations restricted by our couriers.
- Some items may be subject to carrier or customs restrictions (e.g., certain materials or batteries).
Additional Notes
- Product prices are shown exclusive of VAT/GST; applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Outside USA DDP: Any local customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
- All orders include tracking.
- We dispatch on time, but courier or customs delays may occur beyond our control.
