Return window: 7 days from delivery. Note: We accept returns of unworn clothing items with their original tags and in original packaging with SKU label. We do not offer exchanges.. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery (the first day of the return window is the day your tracking shows “Delivered”). The returned item must be shipped back within 7 days of submitting the return request to qualify for a full refund. If your order was delivered in multiple packages, the return window starts from receipt of the final package. Items returned without meeting the above criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined entirely.. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility — unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent) or a damaged item.
